2024 Night of the Roses Terms and Conditions

By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to The Trifecta, you automatically agree to the

following terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree

with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the The

Trifecta premises. Please note that Bridgeman Charitable Group reserves the right to make

changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and

conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the

website of the organizer 2024.trifectagala.com . These changes will relate back to the date of

purchase of The Trifecta tickets.

 

All transactions are final and irreversible. Any disputes will be managed in Louisville, Kentucky.

Bridgeman Charitable Group reserves the right to cancel an order if tickets are no longer

available at the price advertised. If a customer’s exact order for certain tickets cannot be filled

after confirmation, a refund of the customer’s money 100% in full or offer an upgrade of the

original order.

 

The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access the event premises on

May 3, 2024, when The Trifecta Derby Event is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes

the revocable right to attending The Trifecta Derby Even. This license can be revoked at any

time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options.

If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.

 

Bridgeman Charitable Group cannot be held liable for any loss due to natural causes such as

natural disasters due to weather, structural damage, cancellation, or postponement of event due

to event organizer, any acts of God, and any issues beyond Bridgeman Charitable Groups

control. This includes any cost of tickets or any services provided. No refunds can be

guaranteed under the circumstances listed.

 

If the event is postponed, the tickets are valid for the rescheduled date. A refund due to

postponement will not be given.

 

Purchasers have the responsibility to read and understand what is included and what is not

included in the order they place. The Bridgeman Charitable Group is not responsible for

amenities the customer expected, but were not in the agreement.

 

Bridgeman Charitable Group accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American

Express, and Discover. Payment is due upon placement of the order. Proceeding with the

purchase, customers acknowledge and accept our no chargeback, no refund policy. Your ticket

is not redeemable for cash. There will be no replacements for tickets that are lost, stolen,

destroyed or damaged and you unconditionally accept the risk of damage to, loss of and/or theft

of your ticket. Your ticket is intended for you only. In no instance shall you share your ticket with

any person(s) attending or attempting to attend the Event. If You are discovered to be sharing

your ticket with another person(s), Bridgeman Charitable Group reserves the right, in its sole

discretion, to deny you access to the Event or eject you from the Event.

 

The event is strictly 21+. Valid government issued ID must be presented at the door. Event is a

rain or shine event. Everyone is subject to search at entrance and on the grounds. Access is

void if wristbands are tampered with or damaged.

 

Lewd, inappropriate and sexual behavior (including nudity) is strictly prohibited even if

consensual. Further, the use or possession of any illegal substances or the solicitation of any

product or services is strictly prohibited.

 

MUST BE 21 & OVER AND MANAGEMENT RESERVES ALL RIGHTS:

Bridgeman Charitable Group reserves all rights to make the final determination regarding all

venue policies including, but not limited to, attire, appropriate behavior and prohibited Items in

its sole and absolute discretion Guests who disregard venue policies or do not comply with

Bridgeman Charitable Group decisions may be asked to leave the venue and will not be entitled

to a refund. Ticket holder must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government

issued photo ID at the door. Copies, paper, or photographs of IDs will not be accepted. U.S.

residents must bring state or federal issued ID; Non-U.S. residents must bring a valid passport

or global entry card.

 

Ticket holder must comply with all venue dress code requirements. Appropriate dress is

required and strictly enforced. No athletic gear of any kind including flip flops, tennis shoes,

shorts, hats, etc. No chains, offensive prints, torn/cut-off, or baggy clothing.

 

By attending the Event, You understand, agree and acknowledge that (i) You may be

photographed and filmed, and (ii) You hereby provide the Company with Your absolute, express

consent to be photographed and filmed. You further understand and agree that these images

and/or recordings can be registered, stored, transmitted, broadcast/streamed, rebroadcast, and

sold for archival, promotional, and/or commercial purposes, in any manner, and in any media,

now known or hereafter discovered, without any compensation to You. Your name, image and/or

Your likeness may be captured as part of and/or used in connection with any broadcast/stream,

audio, visual, or audio-visual recording, photograph, or other reproduction or other publication of

the Event (the “Footage”) and may also be used by or on behalf of the Company or any of the

Company’s parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, sponsors, officers, shareholders,

successors or assigns for any purpose, including, but not limited to, archival, promotional, and

commercial purposes, without any compensation to You. You waive all other rights in and to the

Footage, including, but not limited to, all claims of so-called moral rights. This Footage may be

used as a means to identify and facilitate the prosecution of illegal or impermissible conduct. At

the Event, there will be camera surveillance for the purpose of ensuring the safety and proper

operation of the Event. The Footage may be registered or stored by the Company or

governmental authorities for the purpose of ensuring the security and safety of Event attendees

and the enforcement of and compliance with the safety regulations on the Event site. Any

recordings made by ticket holders on or near the Event site may not be used for commercial or

public purposes, unless consented to by the Company (including, without limitation, having ads

run on or beside such videos on YouTube and other video sharing websites). Non-professional

grade small video cameras and cameras are allowed at the Event site.

 

All ticket holders and bags are subject to search for prohibited items including but not limited to,

weapons of any kind, illegal drugs (including marijuana products), alcohol, medications, vitamins

or supplements, selfie sticks, party props, containers and recording devices. If you elect not to

give consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other

compensation. Certain medications may be allowed but must be properly labeled, in its original

container, and checked in at the door with Security. Prohibited items will be confiscated and not

returned even if ticket holder is denied access or removed from the venue.

 

In addition to our proper attire requirements, the company reserves the right to eject and/or

trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent

with the company’s behavior standards, which can be found on our website.

 

Ticket holder must comply with all venue policies and disregard or violation of such policies or

purchase Terms and Conditions will automatically invalidate ticket(s) purchased and ticket

holder will not receive a refund of any kind and ticket holder will be denied access to venue.
