Can I buy tickets offline? How?
Please email info@trifectagala.com or call 502-238-2097 All tickets purchased offline will be emailed their digital copy of the ticket after they have been placed in our online ticketing platform.
What fees and taxes will I be charged?
How will I get my tickets if I buy them online?
All tickets will be emailed to the purchaser and they can add all guest information so that their tickets are emailed to them as well.
Do you offer refunds?
What if my tickets are lost or stolen?
Can I show my tickets on my phone at the door or do I need to have the physical tickets with me?

Will my seats be together?
Yes, all tickets purchased together will be placed together. If tickets are purchased separately then email info@trifectagala.com to be placed together.
